Group Classes Overview

Novice Obedience Class

The Novice Obedience class focuses on teaching basic manners and essential cues for dogs. This class is designed for dogs that are new to training and covers the following:

• Basic commands such as sit and stay

• Walking nicely on a leash

• Building a strong foundation for good behavior

Each session lasts for 6 weeks and is conducted through the West LA Obedience Training Club.

Tricks Class

The Tricks class is designed to teach fun and engaging tricks based on the AKC Trick Dog Levels. This class is perfect for dogs that have mastered basic obedience and are ready to learn new skills. Some of the tricks included in the novice level are:

• Spin

• Paws Up

• Jump through a Hoop

Tricks class is also 6 weeks long and offers a great opportunity for dogs and their owners to bond while having fun. Once you've mastered Novice, you can keep learning more tricks, all the way up to Advanced Performer if you would like!
